"Superb"
The location is great! The hotel is kind of old fashion but very clean, the staff is very helpfull and ready to offer you a good experience. Even if the furniture is old, the matress and the sheets were clean and allergen free (that is my final test in a hotel ). On the ground floor they have a very big playroom for kids also a playgroundin front of the hotel. The restaurant was huge and the quality of the food was higher than we expected, great variety, fresh, kids friendly and even many options for vegetarian preferences.

Very good breakfast and dinner. Great location, conected with Zalakaros thermal bath. Very clean. Good value for money.

"Wonderful"
Breakfast and dinner were always perfectly prepared. We were at the hotel for a week and we always found something new to eat. The chefs perfectly managed the preparation of all kinds of meats and side dishes, which is not usually the case in hotels of this type. Good job!!! Also, the other staff of the hotel was very cordially helpful.

"Very good"
This is ideally located hotel with spa connection, which is the biggest advantage of this hotel. I liked this connection because you can go straight form your room to the pool area, which is free of charge (excluding new spa which has a supplement of 5 EUR/day). Room was also OK and receptionists were friendly to give us a permission to stay until 14.00.
